Logistical Framework and Order Dispatch
We maintain a strict and structured distribution schedule to ensure prompt fulfillment. Our standard delivery timeline spans two to three business days in total. This operational schedule divides into two distinct phases:
- Order Preparation Phase: Our warehouse facility requires 1 business day to execute item packaging, organize transport documentation, and coordinate with local shipping handlers.
- Transit Phase: Once our shipping partners receive the item, local transit requires 1 to 2 business days to reach your designated delivery address.
Customers retain the right to request order cancellation up until the point where the item leaves our facility. Once our team hands the package to our logistics partners and final dispatch takes place, cancellation becomes impossible, and the physical shipment must proceed to full delivery at your location.
Payment Architecture
We conduct our transactions strictly under a Cash on Delivery system. This administrative framework eliminates any requirement for digital transactions or online card processing during checkout. Customers submit the entire balance to our logistics agents at their physical doorstep during item handover. Our pricing reflects total clarity; we impose zero hidden adjustments, zero transaction surcharges, and zero additional shipping costs throughout the entire distribution process from our warehouse directly to your residence.
Return and Refund Regulations
We provide a thirty-day return policy that activates on the exact calendar day your package arrives. This return channel applies exclusively if you receive an incorrect model or a physically damaged unit.

Our support team will coordinate a retrieval courier to collect the unit from your address. We bear the entire expense of this retrieval process, ensuring zero fees for the customer.
Once the returned item arrives back at our operations facility, our staff utilizes a twenty-four-hour window to review the physical condition of the unit. Following this condition review, we initiate one of two corrective paths:
- Replacement Path: We arrange the dispatch of an identical, functional model to your address.
- Refund Path: If the initial damage extends beyond possible repair, or if the specific model remains completely out of stock, we initiate a total refund.
Because we function solely through physical cash handovers at the doorstep, our system possesses no prior access to your electronic bank details. Therefore, our team will initiate communication via email to obtain your routing and account information. Upon receiving these details, we process the refund exclusively via direct bank transfer. The time required for the balance to reflect within your personal bank profile takes up to 7 business days, fluctuating based entirely on your specific banking provider.
Please note that we do not accommodate returns, item exchanges, or balance refunds if a customer experiences a simple change of mind. We advise placing an order only when you maintain complete certainty regarding your purchase decision. Furthermore, we enforce zero restocking penalties for returns that meet our damage or incorrect unit parameters.
